1973 - Carmen Carpenter is "Woman of the Year"
1973 - Chi Chapter Annual Teach-A-Rama and Negro History Luncheon": Involving Today's Youth", Councilwoman Erma Henderson, Speaker
1974 - "Three Cheers for Phi Delta Kappa!" Red and Gold Fantasy dinner, hundreds attend.
1975 - Chi Chapter welcomes 12 pledgees. Xinos Conference in Evansville, Ind. 35 persons charter a flight to attend - 22 TOPS, 10 moms, 1 dad, and 5 sorors
1976 - "13 Lovely Young ladies Bow at Biennial Debutante Ball"
Library of Congress praises 2 Chi members Ola Spinks and Phyllis Willams for the organization of the institutions Afro-American files. Some of the files include interviews with ex-slaves about their personal experiences during slavery (no date found on article)
1981 - Chi Chapter Presents Thomas Coote, Pianist in Concert for Scholarship Benefit. Membership 90.
1982 - Chi Chapter presents Barry Alexander, Soloist in Concert for Scholarship Benefit. Membership 90.
2010 - Chi Chapter host the Xinos/Kudos Midwestern Regional Conference: "The Time is Now to be G3: A Green, Global, Generation"
2016 - Chi Chapter Presents 2016 African American History Month Program "Empowering a Millennial Hip-Hop Generation: Black Lives Matter.
2017 - Chi host the 77th Midwest Regional Conference "MAD LOVE for PDK"
2020 - COVID 19 PANDEMIC -The virus has taken a devastating toll globally: To date, more than 78 million people have been infected, and 1.7 million have died. In the U.S. alone, there have been more than 18 million cases and 320,000 deaths. Shelter in place is issued. School, work, and play are held virtually using Zoom and other IT software.
2021 - March is Women's History Month and Chi recognizes one its own...Resolution Commemorating the 100th Birthday of Soror Helen Felton
